I'm worried. I wake now each morning with the problem of housing invading my mind.
It is a consolation to be here, and express this worry with others.

@Stout I went through a week of waking up not knowing where I was.
PTSD.
My mind was giving me a choice of the townhouse at North Beach, it’s has been demolished for 2 years.
And the house at Australind, that I left almost two years ago. Started woodworking there. Loved that place.
Started taking my antidepressants later in the day. Seems to have stopped it.
What news of your apartment?

Hi @Glisten . Hey, for some decades I would get the same thing every now and then. Waking up and having no idea where I was. Like in space, a dream, deceased? I found I had to boot strap my way to concious recognition. Was it like that for you glisten.
Don't know how long it's been since I've had such a scary morning. But I know I'm close often. Don't/didn't know what it is.
I can't do woodwork, or should say never have. Boring to me. But I guess doing basic stuff is easy enough.
No news on the housing front I'm afraid. Might have to move camp soon.
How about you?

@Stout I’ve had fingers and toes crossed for you regarding the apartment you applied for.
No it was a dream just before waking. My subconscious was picking the 2 places where I was most happy by myself.
The sensation of “what direction am I laying, North-South or East-West or South-North?”
And then the fleeting disappointment.
It is what it is.

Omg @The-red-centaur
I got my housing via NDIS too.....I was homeless for about 2 years but I had two places to sleep throughout this time. It was stressful though.
Did you get any information from that valuable information someone posted ?

@PeppyPatti I missed this post from you yesterday. Sorry.
Thank you for sharing in the joy and relief.
My friend’s said that the bungalow looks like the set for Steptoe & Son 😆
The last person to live there was a mechanical parts hoarder.
They are going to clean it out and clean it.
Between you and I think they see it as an opportunity to increase the value of the little A-frame 😁 They know how meticulously clean I am and I can repair almost anything.
It’s a win-win
