Anxiety is high

Hey @tyme sorry for not replying earlier. 
I told my psych about what the counselor said. She was angry because the counsellor is not qualified to diagnose. 
my psych explained that yes I have chronic depression, anxiety BPD complex PTSD and some traits of ADHD. I trust my psych so much.  

my psych wants to see me again on Monday. 

I’m blaming myself about so much tonight 

I emailed my psych 

not sure what she’ll do

Whilst thoughts and feelings may want to keep you down, you have a community around you to support you.

In a way, I feel along the same lines as your psych re what the counsellor said. It can be so damaging.

I'm glad you can trust your psych.

The last two nights I’ve had nightmares. Can’t explain it’s too triggering. Not nice at all. 
feeling lightheaded and tired. 
depressed and can’t be bothered. 
hobby out tomo all day. So I’ll be alone. 

I don’t know what to do. Maybe I’ll stay in bed all day. 😥

Maybe if you make a plan of some sort for tomorrow, it won't feel so overwhelming? Like just a little plan, like, have a bath, go for a small walk, hide in bed, then do some art! Or something.

hubby just got home and I asked how his day was he said good. 

do you know he didn’t even ask me how my day was!!!!!

but isn’t it common sense that if I ask how his day was that he should ask how my day was

I don't want to sound sexist so I can't say what's in my head. But no... it's not common sense for them... like other things. @BlueBay
