Never knew of Larry Wright but that clip was incredible @TAB My ex would be in his 70's now if he is still alive. I wonder if he knew of Larry Wright. He was so into Buddy Rich though but music was his life. Would never do a relationship like that again with a man married to his drums lol!

Yes diabetic educator wanted me eating more meat for protein too @TAB . Protein powder also stops you snacking. When I took protein powder was not hungry in the mornings. Diabetic educator has said nothing about me taking protein powder. You could ask them at Noom about protein powder if its part of their protocols. Yes keep weighing yourself each morning until it becomes habit. I had to do that thought it was a bit extreme but learnt thats what I had to do. Also wearing a weighted vest when walking or using nordic poles when walking to double efforts was what I did.

you do 'lessons' on 3 food groups. can eat anything, but only supposed to have certain amt from each category @SmilingGecko plus, yes, exactly what they say re scales, make it a habit. i had success 30 years ago Not using scales .. who knows, will see how it goes
