Doctors appointment next week to find out the next step 

😁 in the future I will be able to be more on the forum when I start dialysis 

Usually dialysis you can be on the machine for 5 hours for 4 days a week

On dialysis, will it 'save' your kidneys for a bit longer? @Shaz51

Once you go on dialysis,  you are on the machine for the rest of you life or until you get a kidney transplant @tyme 

The kidney dialysis takes your blood out and cleans it  and then put the blood back
