I am still often fragile and vulnerable but hanging in there…. With life.,. Despite many hiccups… I seem to be changing a bit … my personality is more extroverted and out there…. Someone suggested I am integrating my shadow side…. Could be true… I am still sensitive and feel all the bumps bruises and digs from people but seem to be taking it more in my stride… and not caving in to high status over confidence as much as I did in the past. I have to be strong for my son. The beginning of this thread was very difficult and important for me. Starting it so many years ago was … a leap of faith…. and I really didn’t expect to still be here…. But I am.

hi @Appleblossom my virtual mum, umm i am ok for the moment, i am having a few medical issues i have an enlarged spleen and gall bladder. i am seeing the doctor today about them. not sure what is going on with them. hopfully nothing too serious. 

my partner is going ok, she broke her hip last christmas and is now just getting around, it will take a while to heal, we are going really well, we talk on the phone most of the day every day, we enjoy each others company, i really hope i can meet her one day. we have been together 10 years now. 

mum is going really well, her health problems have stabilised and she is actually looking happy. 

i hope things have improved for you @Appleblossom you deserve to be happy too. hugs my dear friend.

My gall stones fell out about 2 weeks ago then got infected then bled so I'm on complete recovery then in about one to two months I'll have the gall bladder out. 😁 Yippee. The world of sane have been propping me up and supporting me.
