Still there @Jynx  still loud. Still dark. Still scary. 

didn’t get any follow up call Sunday from health. If only they knew.
And after speaking with my SW today, was suppose to get calls sat and sun, but neither occured. really needed some connection today, but she wasn’t available. Did tell her though that I’m struggling to keep myself safe.
