Hi @CT38 and welcome to the forums
I can hear the care that you have for your son, it can be quite confronting when learning about these diagnoses, though it can also be the first step towards regaining some control for many.
How is your son feeling about the diagnosis?

It is big news to receive and it's understandable to take some time to process it @CT38
I'm just going to pop some information on BPD here

@CT38 I understand being diagnosed at any age can come as a shock, even more so later in life. It can take time to process and accept, but it's important to remember that a diagnosis doesn't define you. It’s just one part of the bigger picture of who you are. I hope you're able to find support and resources that help you understand your experiences and guide you toward healing. Take things one step at a time.

Hey @CT38 ,
I have BPD. Do you have any questions about it?
I hear the hurt and upset that has come with this diagnosis.
I would really like to add that BPD is very treatable.
I have had an incredible experience with BPD and I wouldn't be in the amazing place I am now if it weren't for BPD.
I look forward to hearing from you.
