Hi @Just are you having troubles with the tagging or was it being able to view who was online, or both? Let me know if it's still going on, or you might like to report it to IT even if it has resolved itself. We don't want anything on here causing members to feel isolated or alone

I'm glad you have posted @Just, we're here to help if anything's ever going wrong even if it's to help you work out something that has gone wrong on your end, that's fine too! Technology can be great but so frustrating, we all run into issues from time to time but it's good to flag it when something is going awry
