I don't know if Medicare covers that but they should tell you beforehand.

Ok ummm does anyone know how to handle the pain isn your toes. Almost like a pressure to crack them?

Can't help you there baby, unless are they white the toes?Do you suffer white in the fingers as well?I have Raynaud's Disease which affects the extremities the blood vessels close off.May/May not be it.
