no apology needed!! @Snowie it does seem like she made up her mind about mental health support, i can see how that can be hard to change. it's one thing to say 'this doesn't work for me' but it's really unfair that she's invalidated the support you've had. i'm so sorry she's said that to you.
gosh that sounds frustrating that she's already judging based on the name! i really hope things go well with the carer. even though she's complaining about it, i reckon it's still a lil win that she's giving it a go. thanks to your support of course!
