the ndis declined another application so just another failure to add to the list.

Re: not coping

I’m here too @outlander 💜💜

Re: not coping

happy to be your friend and lend a shoulder to lean on @outlander

sounds like combination of things have been quite overwhelming for you, i'm so sorry you've had to deal with that. these rejections or low moments are never a whole reflection of you. totally get that it's hard not to take these things personally, but you are only human, and you deserve kindness 💙

sitting with you

Re: not coping

thank you @Eve7 @rav3n

someone who i thought was a friend got angry at me because of the ndis decision and when i said i wanted to give up and that im just tired of fighting they told me to give up then. they made some snarky comments about my behaviour and making comments like if you needed support then they wouldve just approved you.

Re: not coping

@outlander oh wow. i'm really sorry your friend treated you like that... pretty shocked he'd say that to you. sounds quite dismissive and hurtful. a true friend would take their time to listen and understand rather than jump to conclusions right? do you have other friends who are more understanding?
