took my brother into the city on the train today. He wanted to go to the Lego shop. And I mean I don’t mind going! I’m just real tired though. Still so much noise inside my head.

oh yeah i hear ya, i went city yesterday too and gosh, forgot how draining travelling and being around crowds were! @Bow did you or your brother end up buying any new Lego sets? got much on for tonight? hopefully you get to rest up and unwind!!

i'm good, had my first light therapy session for my skin today... the actual light therapy took 5 seconds. i did all this mental prep thinking it would be much longer so i was just in shock at how fast it was haha.

Oh yep, traveling, people…. It’s exhausting eh @rav3n?! We parked at the station, caught the train in, which was actually pretty chill, then we got on the light rail. I wanted to go to 2 other shops. There is a big cotton on discount shop, and also a cool book shop. So many people around. Taking their sweet time! My brother also had a fall. He is ok though. And yes, we got Lego! I got the new Disney beauty and the beast castle. And my brother got the orient express train set. 

we have market tomorrow. So need to pack the car soon. 

Oh I’ve never done light therapy. Does it hurt? Kinda annoying that we do all this mental prep and all for nothing.

it is!! @Bow ooo yes cotton on discounts are so good! maybe its just me, but i feel like cotton on prices were much cheaper a few years ago... now i'm always waiting on their sales. book shop sounds nice!! there was a massive QBD bookstore sale that i wanted to check out, but my sis yanked me away cos she knew i'd be in there too long 😅

oh gosh, hope it wasn't a big fall, glad your brother's okay!! beauty and the beast castle sounds so nice!! 😍 ooo idk much about trains but orient express train set sounds interesting!!

on the brochure it mentioned that it might burn or feel comfy... but it felt like nothing! it just felt like someone took a flash photo and done. apparently they'll increase the light therapy length over time. yeah i was a bit annoyed from that mental prep, at least it was shorter than i expected and not longer!!

I love a good bargain @rav3n dont very often buy things full price. And yes I agree, cotton on prices have gone up so much. I like this discount place cause they always have so much stuff. I got some active wear shorts for $5. I got a few things for my nephew who is due in august too. 
haha… your sister pulling you away from the book shop!  

can’t build my new Lego set yet. We got a lease termination notice yesterday 😩😢 landlord wants to use the house which is bs. They kicking us out in retaliation. So we gonna try fight it. We don’t want to move. 

is the light therapy a treatment for a skin condition?

market tomorrow…. Hmmmm I’m dreading set up and pack up just with my bad shoulder- got a scan and X-ray on Monday booked. I’ve done up some Mother’s Day pieces so hopefully will get some orders for them. I’ve also had a scratchy throat the last couple of days so I’m always expecting to wake up worse.

same here!! shopping just feels much more satisfying when you get things on discount hehe @Bow ayyy $5 is so good!! aww and you've got a nephew due in Aug, how exciting!!

oh gosh, that's so sudden! i'm so sorry you got hit with that notice yesterday, ugh so stressful and frustrating!! is that even allowed if you've got a contract (i don't know much about this so apologies if that's a silly question) really hope you're able to keep the house!!!

yep, i got eczema dermatitis as a side effect from some meds i took in feb. and the eczema just kept worsening so finally getting treatment for it.

ahh shoulder pain sounds awful!! is your brother and mum helping out with the stall? ooo yes, actually almost forgot Mother's Day was coming up, good reminder!! ohh and then the scratchy throat as well!! hope you stay warm, the colder weather isn't always the best on our bodies, hey. fingers crossed you feel better soon 💗
