hey @Snowie just read about your neighbour, i'm so sorry this happened. anytime i hear news like that, it tends to shake me up no matter how little or much i knew the person. 

just wondering what your recent post was referring to? or was it just thinking out loud? either way, please know we're here to listen. sitting with you 💙

Without knowing the details it sounds like it has really had a big ripple on effect for those around, though I can understand that this likely is more complicated than that. I hope that D is okay and my heart really goes out to you and your neighbour's family. I know it's hard to talk about here because of the guidelines, but if you do need to talk to someone StandBy offers free support for those affected by suicide

@Snowie sounds like there's been a lot going on, and us humans tend to make messes or be messy - myself included. but like any mess, they can be untangled and cleaned up - and sometimes we need some help with it too. 

is there someone you can talk to about this - your psych, pdoc, H, etc?
