Up early this morning for ECT. Pdoc didn't come and see me so he will probably ring this afternoon sometime to book me in for the next session.

Curled up in bed now, the tears won't stop. Nothing bad has happened, sleep last night was ok, ECT went fine. They just won't stop. I just feel blah. Maybe it's just one of those days.

Sorry to hear that you're having one of those days. Is there anything soothing that you could perhaps do to hold yourself a little this afternoon? Maybe cocooning in some blankets or putting something comforting on the tv?

I've got my weighted blanket, the dog and cuddling a squishi teddy. Put some pj's on too.

Watching The Big Bang Theory. Made myself a hot chocolate also.

I think it's just one of those days that I will just write off.

I agree with your thoughts on Christmas @Snowie especially now I’ve stuffed it up for the family.

@Eve7 you certainly have not stuffed it up hon, and anyone that tells you that is totally wrong.

You are doing what is best for you. You are getting the help you need. There are lots of Christmas's throughout of lives. There is only one Eve.

I'm sure they wouldn't want the outcome if you didn't get the help you deserve.
