@Shaz51 Might be helpful to give SANE support line a buzz? Or Griefline? Anticipatory grief is a thing! Been feeling it a lot w my dad, it's really tough hey. And like you say, everyone has advice, but very few people understand - and you deserve to feel seen, heard, and understood!

It seems to have fixed itself!

I never thought of grief line as a place to contact for Anticipatory Grief.

As I was mum's carer for few years before she went to hospital permanently

@Shaz51 @Snowie yeah it's easy to overlook or not realise it is grief we're experiencing sometimes hey. Hope if you do get in touch with Griefline, it is a gentle and nurturing experience for you 💜
