I’m really not ok today

group was cancelled yet again. Got the call just as I got in the car to leave. 

went and picked up my meds and came back home

comm mh called a little while ago about a script. They asked if I was ok. I said no. They asked if there was anything they could do, I said I don’t think so. That was it. No further conversation. 

my SW called. I wasn’t honest with her. 

I just want to go to sleep

Hey @Bow I'm really sorry to hear that you're not okay

Good on you for being able to pick up your medication despite having that disappointment of group being cancelled. 

Have you been able to reach out to any of the supports @tyme left above? I know that it's hard being honest with your SW today, might it be possible to be honest with someone at Lifeline or SCBS? 

Or is having a sleep what's best for you right now maybe?

I reached out to scbs last night and the fella was extremely unhelpful. And I’m sick of the million questions they now ask you before you can even start talking about what is going on. 

if I slept mum would be on a prowl. She’d be all concerned…. Guess in all honesty she should be. But I’ll hide it. Sigh
