I'm ok, just tried to keep busy. Took a whole heap of things to the local op shop and spent this afternoon in the kitchen cooking and cleaning.

On the couch too so will come and join you.

Oh I knew you didn’t celebrate Christmas and stuff, but birthdays too @tyme ? I could skip Christmas, but birthdays are celebrating YOU and you being in this world. 

Yeah d is good at amusing herself thankfully, and she is use to it, but she would love a sibling or someone to play with.

It's not that we can't celebrate birthdays, I can't be bothered. It doesn't mean anything to me. People ask me how old I am. I have to calculate from my year of birth because I don't even keep track @Bow

I think after my 20s, I didn't know my age anymore @Bow

It was my 40’s for me @tyme

I forgot scbs is really slow on Sundays 😩

I think my life was so shocking in my 20s that I stopped caring and having to endure another year was traumatic for me... @Bow I think this was when I deleted birthdays from my mind.

But even then, as kids, we never celebrated birthdays.

I feel so unsettled tonight. Panic. Thoughts racing. I was gonna go tomorrow
