went to a couple car dealerships to check out a few models and then got some groceries. everything is so expensive!! how about you, get up to much today?

Been so much better inside than outside today.

Cars are very expensive, new and used. Have started looking for a car for S who will be 18 this year. So so expensive.

Took mum up shops this morning to get a few things (her words). An hour and a half later we got back home 🤦‍♀️

She can't remember how to cook things, so cooked her 3 different meals, put them in individual containers and froze them all. Hoping that lasts her for awhile.

I think I will be in bed very soon, not much sleep again last night.

@Snowie yeah it is! the starting price for some small cars were 40k 😅 what car brands/models are you looking into for S? does D have her own car too?

my dad's the same!! 'a few things' is basically code for minimum 1hr. it's worse when we've walked all around the shopping centre only to buy nothing because he changed his mind 😆

that's nice of you to meal prep those 3 meals for her! was your mum a big cook too? 

hopefully you get better rest tonight!!

Yes, D has got her own car. We haven't really got a specific car we are looking for for S, just whatever pops up.

My mum used to be a really good cook. She struggles now to remember how to cook things and can't follow a recipe anymore.
