I'm okay... I should take a photo of Ruby's humping teddy. I didn't realise how much she does it. This morning, I've watched her do it 4 times already @Captain24

Is that an ‘I’m okay’ in a good way or it’s a little rough?
That’s a lot! Jett has T at all today but he has been following me around as I clean. He likes to bark at the vacuum cleaner and the broom. However he has a high pitched bark that echo’s deeply in a 10 metre long hallway!

I think my brain is everywhere today and I'm not making sense on the forums.. it's not just your post.
No no, I'm okay as in okay. Not a blergh okay... if that makes sense.
My head is doing a lot of thinking so it senses I'm a bit scattered. Maybe it's an ADHD morning brain fog thing? IDK.
Oh, I'm not sure I mentioned, my private psych moved to another clinic to work so I've had to move with him. The new clinic intake clinician asked me if I wanted an ADHD assessment done, and I said yes. But it's not now. I still have to discuss it with my psych, and that appointment is not until May. @Captain24
Did you sleep last night?

It all good. It made sense, I just wanted to clarify @tyme. Just a check in.
I hope the thinking is all ok. I don’t think a lot. My brain is like it blank a lot of the time just a void of nothing. I’m not sure that makes sense.
Im interested to know more about ADHD just to see what effect it has on me. What can be worked on with meds if I can take them and they don’t mess with my bipolar.
So you decided to get the assessment. It’s lucky he moved. I’m still halfway through my assessment but I see the Pdoc in early April. Work got in the way of an earlier appointment. I think she is assessing OCD and ASD. That’ll be interesting. I haven’t been asked a lot of the questions before, everyone just stopped at bipolar.
I slept well, I did t wake up until 10 when Jett was barking outside. I did wake up with a sore back because I was lying so I didn’t disturb Jett!
How did you sleep with your sensitive skin? Have you been alone in your bed?

Are you still around @tyme ? I know you said morning so just checking.

Hey @Captain24 , I wasn't on, but I'm on now.
Yep, I'd be interested to know about the ADHD too. I think it can answer a lot of things (for me and probably you too). But yes, the ADHD meds may be a bit of an issue. The OCD and ASD assessments sound interesting too. Soon you've have every letter under the sun!
I told the clinic I wanted the ADHD assessment. Still not confirmed if I'm going to do it though.
As for my sores, my back is surprisingly feel the best. My front above my stomach is the most painful. It's as though the virus was very surface level here which means it's closer to the nerves so I feel it more...
Now that it's later in the day, I don't feel as good. Woke up with a bit of a sore throat and now it seems to be getting worse. Oh well. That's okay. It's not the end of the world.
Are you going to do anything later? I'm going to be off in about 1.5 hours. Not exactly sure who will be on - Jynx or Riverseal.
I just want to say that I'm so glad to connect with you - always. I don't want you to think otherwise.
