Hey @j2mhall, thank you for sharing your experiences with the community!
It sounds like you are having a tough time with anxiety at the moment which can be really challenging. You are demonstrating your resilience by sharing your experiences with your peers and it's really brave to be vulnerable.
In my experience anxiety we all have different ways of managing our anxiety and what works for someone won't necessarily work for others. So, what have you tried so far I'm curious about what you have tried already?
Staying connected with the community may help to by engaging with other Members!

@j2mhall hello, anxiety can be really hard to manage. Have you sought support from a gp, medications are an option for some but there's lots of other ways of coping aswell. Are you able to work out what's triggering your anxiety, has something changed recently that could be contributing to you becoming anxious? Are you able to distract yourself by doing different activities, crafts, writing, grounding techniques, breathing exercises. These things take practice and time to work.
Happy to chat if you need/ want to. You are not alone in this and we are always happy to help and support you however we can.

I feel you! Every time I felt like I was moving past it, a wave would come back. I found two articles that has really helped me understand and treat my anxiety. I hope they help you too!
