Re: Tabaluga's

i don't have schizophrenia.

I can admit that I was bpd for years

but

The past 20 years of therapy stopped that.

My ex-husband is diagnosed and am unpaid main carer for him. My husband has become more of his unpaid carer since we married.

I think my ex-husband experiences psychosis as just

Living in a different world.

Simple.

I gave away  all paranormal stuff when we decided to get in a relationship over 16 years ago.

Thoughts ?

I feel very humbled.

Re: Tabaluga's

..bit 'twixt and twain' here @SmilingGecko  or 60/40 or 40/60 like old guys used to say lol  got aches, nothing serious, but annoying. and not exercising then exercising plus cleaning is what set it off ..anyhoo ... Enjoy peace and quiet w no neighbours ha ha. a vietnamese guy told me  at story early 1990s .. in vietnam when he was a kid .. some thing was strange one day ; he couldnt work it out..  .. penny dropped eventually .. no noise from shelling and gunfire. the war had ended...

Re: Tabaluga's

I shouldnt have walked yest, hurt myself doing next to nothing lol @SmilingGecko  might try friday now

yeh I wouldnt know 100%

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB I'm sorry you hurt yourself. My diabetes educator didn't want me walking up inclines to prevent injury. I guess it happens but we could all do without it. Attended crypto event last night interesting discussions around security. It was quite full on but theres lots of sharks out there in cryptocurrency

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB I severed contact from my diabetes educator. I haven't spoken to her in a year. In the end I had to do my own research. None of the things she recommended really put a dent in my diabetes or my backed up digestion. The hydrogen water has really worked plus a chinese tea I drink. Blue solar water is amazing. I've got to get the we!ght down again. She was really pushing me with exercise on these darn psychiatric meds. I can do it again. She was young and didn't understand aging and lack of vitality. She was a lovely young woman but I think walking twice a day morning and night for 30 minutes each was a huge ask

Re: Tabaluga's

probs the tea more than the water, but yeah @SmilingGecko

and 2x/day is do-able, just increase gradually. HIIT has best results for diabetes tho
