Check for contraindications @greenpea if you want to dry skin brush.
Have heard high BP is contraindicated but generally its ok for the average person to do with no risk.
You do circular motions with the brush across your skin (don't do long sweeping motions as there is a chance you could give yourself varicose veins).
This brush was recommended from The Women's Weekly. The Body Shop sells them. I got mine from Kmart years ago

i could have just said nothing instead of blabbing @StuF re thinners . just cardiologists made a point of asking if took them 'every single day ' last time saw each of them could just ask GP they will say 4 days or just tell dentist thats wat they said lol.... think will make it up tbh
