@Emelia8  hey sweetheart been ages since we have spoken.  christmas can be hard for so many people for so many different reasons.  we are having a small christmas here as none of us like to travel during the holiday period but am having middle son back home to celebrate which makes me happy xxx

Aye plus for me going out always comes with a modicum of sensory overwhelm that I have to manage! Definitely going out less and less as I get older, though I'm still only in my 30's! My knees seem to have decided I'm 65 though 😅

I do look forward to more of a quiet life! Already getting notions of living out closer to nature in a big open plan house with my whole polycule hehehe 😊

It has been a while hasn't it @greenpea ?  I don't get on here that much these days I guess. But that doesn't mean I've stopped caring about all my lovely friends here. I still try to keep an eye on how most of you are getting along 💕😊 but it's a bit difficult. Take care hey!

@greenpea I did dry skin brushing and Zenchi machine to get my lymphatic system going in addition to using a Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bian stone. Will do some more lymph drainage this afternoon. 

Hey @TAB youre doing xmas pudding? I was hoping to make a gingerbread cake as xmas cake is not good for diabetics. Both me and @Dimity are drinking DASH carbonated fruit drink this summer!

I've just got an AI generated gingerbread cake @TAB as everything was high in carbs! I hope the AI is not hallucinating otherwise the cake could go psychotic lol Anyway will have that as my xmas cake. Hardly any carbs tabbycat! Some diabetic maple syrup on top sprinkled with a dash of dessicated coconut. mmm
