Hello forum friends and new friends

Anyone awake? I am weaning off meds and having trouble sleeping.

I watch netflix a bit but still no zzzz

couldnt sleep here hey @plasmo   not 2 deg like last few nites only 10, thru me out lol

yeah had that, keep being awake at 6

wellsolong as you can sleep then @plasmo I'll prob be back in bed in hour or so,but already 5 hours overnight

yeah had a 2hr nap then had to switch on and finish stuff, so will see how i go

fair enough . I drove to adelaide and back yest , so was pretty stuffed after that, woke 1am and not slept since tho @plasmo

yeah was tired but couldn't drop, couldn't catch up enough today

see how I go with a cuppa @plasmo . might take a blanket off bed, that may help here. 😊
