Went for a walk [edited by moderator] got home and found out it's 36 outside at least missed 40 an hour later. 

Feeling anxious -- my psychotherapist said I'll be fine when I see mum but saw her yesterday and still anxious. I had a touch of water and chocolate @TAB  and me like. . .who would have guessed ide be happier.
