i dont get dizzy or lose balance if thats what you mean @Glisten fear of heights is related to exposure and it wears off. I have walked across planks 20 metres in the air, stepped across a gap in stairs 6 stories up to avoid round trip, climbing ladders etc for like 15mins lol, have laid on stomach to look over side of 4 storey building from roof, used climb over 30 metres stairs to top of silos just for exercise on one job lol but noticed the longer you havent done something, even things that were once routine get a bit scary. yes, I cant watch some things on tv and do feel it physically. guess that is vertigo

@TAB so it is possible to desensitise yourself to heights.
So being in a lift 🛗 twice a day or more, must be what brings on the dizziness when living in apartments.

probs not for everyone, but yeah. @Glisten within reason, re fear of heights. another thing was that if in ''cherry picker''(EWP) next to a structure it all okay, if just put it up with nothing else around (which is usually VOC test going onsite) scary as .. cos there's nothing there, no point of reference, just thin air..
