@TABs i asked if you and StuF and anyone else would like to get on a get fit journey with me.  i sent you a invite earlier.  i am determined to lose this weight.  atm i am size 24 and i am tall 5 foot 11 so can carry it off but want to be a size 18 not too skinny but not to fat.

ok, yes. over last 4 years gone up 2-3 sizes ; put on nearly 40% more @greenpea
