I find that my inner critic gets louder the closer it gets, we're looking at the 21st...
- It tells me that they won't believe me
- That what's the point, they won't do anything anyway
- There'll be insufficient evidence like always
- That I can't do it
- That I don't matter
- That nobody will be there to help me, I'll be on my own
- That they won't hear me and they won't care
It's proving the inner critic wrong
- It's not about them believing me, it's about me doing what I need to
- I am not responsible for their inactions, I've done what I can
- The evidence isn't me responsibility
- I have done it before, this is not unfamiliar
- I matter, my voice matters, my experiences matter
- I will not be alone, I have someone committed to coming with me
- They don't have to hear me, they just need to take the statement
- I have people that care about me
