This admission is under a psychiatrist I've seen on and off since 2007, so he knows me well.

Hey @Spirit_Healer , I hope things improve for you while you are there. I'm sorry you've had to spend the beginning of your year in hospital.

@Jynx it's draining and very much hit and miss sometimes but right now it's all I've got to try to keep myself safe. It's either reaching out to crisis services or ending up in hospital which I'm trying to avoid if I can.
