@Jynx it was yummy but unfortunately for me it didn't stay down cos of all the stress 😞.
Yeah it is. I used to watch full house as a kid and I still enjoy watching it now.
Noooo that's so crappy 😭
Oh I've never seen Full House!! Classic sitcom, yeah? I grew up watching Simpsons and like, Everybody Loves Raymond... Oh and Charmed!

@Gremlin24 I understand how overwhelming it can feel after leaving the hospital. Taking things one day at a time is definitely the way to go
With little steps
And please don't say that about yourself..... You're stronger than you realize
I'm dealing with some things myself......., but I wanted to say hi to you....
It took lots of strength for you to reach out.
Sane forums helps me a lot.

@rav3n if only that was possible.
I've tried everything but nothing seems to work and things just keep building up.
It's just exhausting having to constantly fight to stay in control and to not just explode. I'm broken and I'm not sure if I'm able to fix myself or to be fixed.

@Jynx there's a reason I don't bother eating sometimes.
Yeah it was definitely a good old classic. I wasn't allowed to watch the Simpson's growing up, I did watch everybody loves Raymond but never watched charmed.

@Gremlin24 you don't have to have all the answer right at this moment. you are human, we're imperfect creatures!! the process is fast for some, slow for others, either way it doesn't mean you're broken or never getting better.
it's okay to feel exhausted, your feelings are valid. but like all emotions, this feeling will pass too. take your time, go at your pace.

@rav3n but I don't want it to be like this. I'm trying so hard to just keep pushing through but i don't even know why anymore. Like why do I bother trying when I just have nothing live for. How am i supposed to get better when I can't even get help to do so. Sorry I'm just really frustrated and it's just all too much for me.

I'm going through some challenging things with my ex-husband right now. It's a difficult situation, but I'm trying to take things one day at a time.
How are you feeling today?
No problems though .....

that's okay @Gremlin24 you don't have to apologise to me! when i've been in my dark place, the longer i was in it, the more i found it hard to stay positive or hopeful. it's so much harder to see the good things and 'bigger picture' when we've been stuck in that dark place for so long. but when i eventually did start getting better, everything was much clearer and i was grateful for having pushed through. so right now, maybe you don't see the point or it feels like its too much, but you are stronger than you think. and you'll see the bigger picture soon.
do you have a psych/therapist/professional that you can talk to? if not, how do you feel about getting a referral for one?
