@Gremlin24 I'm sorry about the panic attacks 😔. I know what those are like. It's very distressing. Something that help me get through them was holding on to something to ground me and taking deep breaths. Are you able to calm yourself down or do you need someone to walk you through it and if so do ppl come and help you straight away?
Sending you hugs @Gremlin24 . You are here with us and I am so grateful for that ❤️❤️❤️

Hugs back my Shazzy @Shaz51 !
Stinking hot in Sydney! We are taking the kids to the beach later on. Husband went to bunnings to get a beach trolley to carry everything. We are taking doggie with us as it is a dog friendly beach!
Going back to work on Tuesday so trying to make the best out of the time I have left.
Hope you are resting. How are you feeling today? 🤗🤗🤗🤗

@Healandlove it's the fact that that are getting worse every single time. And nothing is calming me down so it's either i ride it out or i pass out. Unfortunately the doctors and nurses here don't seem to really care even when they can physically see how much it's affecting me and my entire body. It's like a complete frenzy takes over and i can't control myself. I used to be able to hide my panic attacks and stop them before they got too bad. But not anymore, this happens so quickly when I'm awake and instant if I've woken up with it.
Thankyou❤️. Yes I'm still here and I'm trying to be grateful for that but dealing with this is really making that hard. So I'm sorry if I struggle to see that me still being here is a positive thing.

@Shaz51 glad you have an appointment on Thursday.
Thankyou❤️. I wish things would settle down for me, I want to go home but I'm really not sure if I have it in me. I don't like how I'm feeling within myself.

@Gremlin24 for many years I had something very wrong with me. I was incredibly stressed out and crying a lot for many years
I was working and studying as a cleaner, and carer plus if I worked in other jobs I was driving a lot plus taking my youngest son to hospital a lot.
When I was 52, I met Mr Rocker and he became my carer he decided to do all the driving.
I was having panic attacks from all my driving.

@PeppyPatti driving can definitely be stressful sometimes, I'm glad you were able to get a carer that's taken that over for you. And I hope you are doing better now.
