Re: 8 Dimensions of Wellness

Thanks again @Shaz51 for keeping this going.

Another interesting topic, but I fear I don't have a lot to add beyond what others have said. Bunch of sensible people! 🙂

Re: 8 Dimensions of Wellness

Hi @MDT

It’s so lovely to hear from you Heart

Thank you so much for sharing some of your experiences with us Smiley Happy

As I read this part of your story, I could really relate to some of the issues that you described.

In my experience, the organisational culture that we’re a part of can have such a detrimental impact on our health and wellbeing and I’m so pleased that you were able to find employment elsewhere Smiley Happy

Absolutely! So many people in our communities are invisible - especially those who are experiencing homelessness Heart

That’s great that you’re considering volunteering some of your time with an organisation that supports people who are homeless and I have no doubt that you’ll make a wonderful contribution Heart

I look forward to seeing you around the forums Smiley Happy

Take care of yourself,

ShiningStar Heart

Re: 8 Dimensions of Wellness

Thanks @ShiningStar

It is nice to hear that from you my friend.

My old job was toxic. Even my friend who i met there who has also left agrees that it affected us mentally while there.

silly thing really

but it's an experience in the end i suppose isnt it ?
