I just had community mental health worker appointment at home. My old worker is moving on and I met the new one. It is sad but I am alright with it. The new girl has my sister's name which took me back a bit at first, but has very dark hair and seems sensitive and serious so I have hope it will work well.
I have had a lot on with music and family mostly good. I am going away for the weekend for a festival , so will be offline.
My son's gf broke into some self harm 2 nights ago which was triggering for us all, but we coped and got on with things together. Worrying tho.

It does seem that you have had a lot on - it is good to be kept busy - helps to stimulate the mind.
