I spoke to Gayle today, she is passing me onto a journalist. It is really cool that your help has gotten me to the point of talking to a reporter about Sane. I feel so privileged and happy to be able to help an organisation that has helped me so much. I love you all. I still miss her though and have a major hole in my heart.

@Rockdog , the loss is there. It is real. It is okay to feel this. It is not 'wrong' to feel these emotions. However, we have to be careful that we don't let these emotions hold us back from living. 

I'm saying this from experience where I let emotions cause my life to be at a standstill. I therefore lost 10 years of my life... 

Whilst you are waiting, let life continue for you. As she said, if you keep looking back, you won't get anything except a sore neck (I'm sure her way of saying it was more gracious lol)
