I hope you were successful in getting your errands done. I've been working at cleaning and tidying the laundry including a deep cupboard.  The dentist yesterday was just a check and clean. I'll be due for X-rays next time.

My calendar is filling up with visits from council people to set up home help and preparations for my procedure. I feel I'm working hard to clean and tidy but as I try to deal with clutter it's like unpacking the Tardis or Colonel Pewter's bottomless holdall. So.Much.Stuff. 

I need shopping but I'm not sure if I can manage it. I'm tossing up whether to get a delivery.

Yes, the sandals are more delicate than I'd normally have chosen, but I was getting desperate after the more solid wedding shoes I ordered were too big. And the sandals met all my requirements and are comfy, so I'm pleased. 

No, I've never had a pedicure in my life and won't start now. My dress is quite frothy so that will draw the eye rather than my unpainted toes I hope. 

Well done on cleaning and tidying the laundry. You seem to be having good success tackling one small area at a time. I hope the results give you a good feeling. 

I'm unfamiliar with Colonel Pewter's bottomless holdall. And the Tardis too I think, although I have at least heard of that. 

I think you've earnt a grocery delivery with all the steady work you've been doing lately. 🙂

I hope you don't feel like you need to tidy up for the council people... I would think they'd need to see the extent of help needed?

I hope you have a lovely time Thursday @NatureLover and your father and his family behave so you don't have any stress.

Council is starting sooner than I'd expected, and I'll have to clear the floors as much as possible. The list of services seems based on a well-ordered household and is fairly limited. I'll try to muddle through as much as I can myself but it's a bit slow and painful.

I didn't achieve much yesterday except my errands and laundry. 

Thanks for asking me about a pedicure, as it reminded me that I have some silver nail polish! I will try that.

With my phone in portrait I get 5 options, no dots. I've just discovered with my phone in landscape I get 10 options, again no dots. If I return my phone to portrait I get an additional option of text colour, still no dots. Each time there's an additional leftward arrow preceding the options that doesn't seem to do anything.  I can't take screenshots on this phone unfortunately. In no case is there the triangle visible.
