Listen to BOTH your heart and your head.
Ask a friend for advice

Remember you can only make a decision on the information you have available to you at the time, so don't beat yourself up if it's not the perfect decision.

I agree with @Former-Member, a pro's and con's list is really helpful to outline your reasons for certain options you can take in your life. I also find it helpful to think of the long term and short term benefits as well as cons to do a more thorough list. And just be completely honest with yourself

I struggle with making decisions. But I've recently been doing pros snd cons list. And then you can see in writing. Hope this helps.
