Thank you so much for caring and asking how I am even though I have not been around as much...

Tells me so much about how caring a soul you are...

I have not been feeling too well to be perfectly honest...

That period of time where everything seems to have accumulated and the sheer weight of it all is suddenly felt...

I have felt this coming for some time now ...hence my pulling back to this thread...

At the end of the day the threads keep on moving and the pressure to respond to people subsides slightly...

I do always think of you though and a couple of others...

Today I went on another carer outing and had a wonderful time...

Even though throughout my lunch I spoke to someone who is at the onset of dementia stage and recently lost her husband who was suffering from alzheimers disease...

I could sense that she was just longing to have a lengthy conversation....so I let her...she spoke about most of her life...her children...her husband and family...then his illness and passing...finally she told me that she too is moving soon at the request of her daughters...I know what that means...

When it was time to leave she thanked me for listening to her....says it all doesn't it...

I also enjoyed looking at all of the animals at the animal sanctuary...the lunch at the pub after was pretty rubbish but as I said company was good...

I am off on a boat trip on friday for the day with a hike as well I think...

I am worn out...back killing me...but am feeling liberated..

Having isolated so long ...having a social outing with people who have their own life issues is wonderfully judgement free..or at least it feels that way..

I know that you enjoyed your bbq the other day so much...

Life does have some wonderful moments ....

@Sophia1 On the desert road atm. I know you understand the pits and falls. I guess the good news is that there is only one way from this point, and eventually it will be up,I hope.

thank you for your neverending caring responses...

Yes I found out yesterday that I will be having another operation....not on my spine...

this will be an operation in two different areas...by two different specialists...

not sure recovery period yet...as thought only one specialist...

I find out more at the end of this month..

have the operation on 12th December...

I am having an ultrasound on the 27th november and will find out more if something needs to be done there in regard to that also......

had more bad news today re close friend cancer....

I am feeling very depressed...anxiety ridden when depression not devouring me...

I think that you know these times only too well...

I will be on here less...perhaps not for a while...

I am all over the place...

please take care of you....please know that you are important and very respected on these forums for someone so young...💚

@Sophia1 Thank you. Kind caring words. They do mean so much, specially when the opposite is going on inside.

I read on a long rave you are struggling yourself.... I'm proud of you also....

I tried to put words together on my thread about how I am, but honestly @Sophia1 I don't know ????? Strange but true. Moments of reprieve, then back in the darkness for no apparent reason. I have signed a lease of 12 mths, so that is sorted. Brain freeze sorry.

Oh @Sophia1 that doesnt sound good. You poor bugger. I really hope you get the best news possible in regards to what needs to be done.

Im sorry about your friend as well. Your having a rough time of it and im not surprised your feeling the way you are.
Please take care care of yourself and allows others to care for you too- i thought id add that in there too 😉
Ill be looking for your updates but theres no pressure for there to be any.
