I am ignoring the trashed house and working on the garden, because I have missed having one so much, and this one was threadbare ….. was …..  I am spending a lot of time in Bunnings.  What a shame - lol 😂

Still tired and sore, but getting a bit more sleep.  The pressure is off, as long as I keep ignoring the trashed house and just do a little at a time as I can.

I guess I really needed to hang around all these years. Slowly I have grown a life and things have come together this year. So I am busy with a mix of formal NDIS supports and informal ones in the community. Eg church and music friends.

What happened to ol Bill ?? 

Yes I have NDis. Iv been diddled twice once by a support coordinator but got rid of her quickly and once by a carer who sucked me into her problems but got rid of her too. 

Poor ol carer. My new support coordinator knew what was happening which was great. I was being cared about enormously. 

Then poof....I got rid of her. Now iv got one where we study Psychotherapy books and I sew

 

quilts. Yippee !! 

Soon I'll get the confidence to start playing classical guitar again. You play the piano right ?? I remember. 

I care and cared about you a great deal. 

Are you feeling okay today ? I divorced my ex husband because his mental health took a great turn to the bad. He's my best friend though. He spent today here. I can't bear to think what his life was like before we got married.
