Hi I'm T-4.

I'm from Sydney's North West.

I'm excited to begin by sharing 

my so far mental health journey which started when I was a teenager, now 55. I was formally diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder by Private Psychiatrist in 2016,  commencing medication and so far different counselors. So, this is my brief introduction. I hope to share more of my journey with others who are impacted by mental health issues. Please take care and Kind Blessings. T-4
