My councillor told me to dump the psychologist, then he dumped me [edited by moderator]

Thos is what happens when we have a mental health system that has an entry funnel based on exclusion as opposed to inclusion.

Just have to get used to the idea that we are all alone in this world.

I am really sorry you've had such a painful experience with supports ending - it can feel incredibly destabilising and makes it hard not to feel alone. However, you don't have to face this by yourself here. You matter, you aren't alone, and you are valued💛

Perhaps getting a referral from a GP for a new psychologist, or speaking with a counsellor online at Beyond Blue would help?

@Honeymoon  It would be very helpufl if you could openly explain what program I signed up for that had a 3 session limit

Show the program outline that shows I would be limited in this way since I have been told I completed it.

Let me know what rules I broke to be exited when I was told that was not happening.

And explain how this proram is supposed to help in any way when the client is to understand that was staff tell them have no bearing on the truth.

If you could explain that so I know why I deserved to be treated this way.

That would be ofso.e help and give me a measure of closure.
