not coping

Im trying to watch a movie but the throbbing in my leg is causing me to twitch @TAB
I dont know what other distractions there are.
Not for this time of night its 820pm here. And with limited movement

If it gets worse theres like an on call house gp but i dont like going yo them and my drs arent open tomorrow so then next is ed but cause its not urgent ill be there all day and night

@Former-Member yeah mines an anti inflammatory one too yeah foot is terrible cause of needing to weight bear

Yes there's nothing you can do except take the antiinflammatory,you could Google to check the maximum dose you can take if it gets too bad.

@outlander Have you tried a hottie or wheat bag on it. Not sure if the weight might be a bit too much though.

Take it easy @outlander and do what you have to do re pain twitches etc that can be vitamin deficiency or other things maybe its a coincidence but if its that bad get help please. Am going off here for a while. Timing myself out lol

I van only take 2 in a day and ive already taken it @Former-Member so ive got my ultrasound on monday and drs on friday and tuesday i have my podiatrist so hopefully they csn help me too

Hope they find something to help you outlander,I suggest if possible you rest easy in the morning ,but I reckon you've got horses to deal with.Rest from experience is the only thing.
