I'm glad you are at home with H so you arent alone @Snowie
Besides meds, is there anything that helps you with your sleep? It must be so hard not to have much sleep. It can really make one's MH so much worse.

I really don't think my pdoc would let me be at home if I was alone @tyme
I know I'm lucky to have him.
There's not much that helps me with sleep. I get to sleep ok, it's just staying asleep that is the problem. My pdoc is looking at changing my night meds.

I speak to my pdoc in about 2 weeks @tyme
He said to email him if my sleep got worse or things got worse so will probably end up doing that tomorrow.
I hope things get easier soon too.

Can you think of anything we can to here to help ease things for you @Snowie ?
yesterday
You (and others) are already doing so much for me @tyme Keeping me company when I need it, giving me a platform to being able to express myself.
I just need to take it moment by moment, celebrate those small wins and just keep putting one foot in front of another. Well at least keep reminding myself of this when things get tough.

You're amazing @Snowie - honestly. It is such a sign of strength that you persist even when things are so hard. I hope things get easier for you.
Are you kids at home tonight? Did you have to cook?
yesterday
I don't think amazing @tyme Doesn't feel that way after what I did last night.
I think it's more being stubborn. Not letting it beat me!!
S just got home from work and D at boyfriends house so just H and I here for tea.
Had toasted sandwiches for tea. Nice and easy!! Also was not putting the oven on with how hot it is here.

The fact that you are resilient about it, is what is keeping you @Snowie . It's not easy and I want to acknolwedge that.
Actually, I think I'm going to go and have a toasted sandwich now that you say it. I haven't eaten because I was feeling a bit ew. Thanks for the idea 🙂
I'll be back.
yesterday
I'm finishing up on here @tyme
Time for bed. Hoping sleep will be easier tonight.
I hope you enjoy your toasted sandwich.
Also hope that you don't have too much pain tonight. Whatever you decide to do tomorrow, I hope you can at least be comfortable.
Thanks for the company tonight.
