So I just emailed my psych's office and got a reply back saying they are not open till the 6th Jan.

That means I still don't have any appointments scheduled for the next year. I still don't know when my psych will even be back.

She was going to try and fit me in with another psych whilst she is away but nothing has happened there either. She said she would email me but didn't. It feels like she just doesn't care, so why should I.

I'm stressed as it is, and this just adds to it. I don't want to do it anymore.

Hi @Snowie, i thought i would just reply and say we are here for you and i know this time of year is hard for many people and it sounds upsetting you cant get onto your psych. Just wanted to remind you about other supports such as Lifeline 131114. I know you are well supported by many on here but if you need more, they are there 24/7.

Hi again @Snowie, thanks for your lovely message! Thats really kind of you given you are not going that well currently. Actually, i will be really honest and say it was okay but not the best I've experienced. I think i build myself up (like lots of people), and then reality doesn't always match it lol. But i'm grateful for much and i try and focus on the good bits.
