Hi @Snowie I have had a good day. Night not as good.
Today I got out in nature and did a little flower tribute for a friend with a home grown flower (just myself as friend unable to be there, but I took a photo and sent it to them). I did a very long trip under my own steam of 14km in nature. Now I am resting and having a cup of tea, because every part of me seems to be sore, but I’m not worrying about it. I feel good from the endorphins and sense of achievement.
It seems your day has maybe not been good?

Well done for getting out in nature @Till23 You certainly deserve that cup of tea!
Do you like gardening/walks?
I have a few things happening on top of my own mental health that have become quite challenging. Just trying to deal with them in the best way I can.

Yes @Snowie I enjoy gardening and I love nature. I am very fortunate where I live there are butterflies, dragonflies, many different birds visiting my garden and a possum lives in my garage sometimes😆.
Do you want to chat about the things or MH?
I have some health challenges thankfully mostly resolved. I’m here on the forums so I have MH challenges.

Sounds like a wonderful place to live @Till23
I live on land so have lots of wild life around too. Not much of a gardener, more an inside person. Do enjoy cooking and baking.
I found these forums quite a number of years ago and they certainly have played a role in my mental health. Not that you want anyone having mental health issues, but just knowing that you can relate to others does help.
It certainly can be challenging dealing with our mental health issues. What helps you?

I wish I was better at baking and cooking in general @Snowie
Are you on a working farm or a large block?
Even though I’ve only been on the forums for a short time I’ve found them incredibly helpful.
I find being in nature helpful as well as exercise and especially exercise in nature.
I really am not a sporty person but I am currently doing a team sport and also I’m playing table tennis in a group.
I am older so these things are pretty gentle although some of the other oldies can be competitive 😆
What do you find helpful for you?

Hi @Bow
I’ve seen some of your comments too, but don’t know much about you as I’m fairly new here.

Hi @Bow How is your day going? Did you have a market on today?
@Till23 Thats great that you are part of some teams. It sounds like it works for you which is wonderful. Also gets you out and about too.
I just live on a large block. I would class myself as older too!
Cooking is helpful for me. I like trying new recipes and testing them out on my family! They normally will try anything I make to that's good. I also read a lot. It helps me when I'm able to immerse myself in a book.
I'm not very social at all. Really try to avoid people.
