@Bow oh my gosh you have had SUCH an adventure!! 

Oh noooo sick on xmas eve? No fun! But I'm glad you got to scatter the ashes as you wanted to, so wholesome 😊

I am like... oddly curious about driving in Europe!! I imagine driving in the UK wouldn't be toooo much of an adjustment, right? But having to drive on the other side of the road would be bonkers!!

Did you try any funky cuisine? Tour any castles? Are the coffees over there still terrible? 😂

I was pretty gutted about being sick on Christmas @Jynx but oh well. 

I didn’t end up driving in Europe, just the UK. I was pretty anxious about driving… but it was pretty breezy in the end thankfully. But Paris… nope no way! Being in an uber there was crazy!

in Paris we tried snails and frogs legs! Snails were gross. Very chewy. Frogs legs kinda had the texture of chicken but didn’t taste nice. 
we did Windsor castle. That was cool. So many very cool buildings over that way! The louvre, notre dame, Eiffel Tower, Kensington Palace, Westminster Abbey. 

I don’t drink coffee…. But there weren’t many that mum bought that she liked! Hot chocolate was always bitter and not many places did chai.

@Bow I will never understand the eating of snails!! But I feel the same about oysters haha ocean slugs basically... haha but isn't it so wild that the French have some of the BEST cooking in the world but then serve up... a plate of hippety hoppety froggo leggos 🤣

Oh yep and they all like them @Jynx ! I asked the lady serving up the snails 🐌  if she liked them and she said yep!

@Bow maybe they're an acquired taste, like vegemite? Haha oh god now I'm picturing a dish of 'Vegemite snails' and I think I made myself ill 😖🤣🤣

D is curled up on the couch next to me half asleep. She has a temp. Mum is asleep on the other couch. And I wanna go get into bed so badly

Oh noooo all sickly and sideways in the house eh? Not surprised, you've been GO GO GO I imagine so then suddenly stopping and your bodies are like 'huh? wha?' 

My day has been pretty chill! Hiding from the heat mostly. Got some risotto for dinner, pumpkin and burnt butter sage!
