Ohhhhhh noooo @Bow !
I'm sorry to hear this!
Do they have insurance or something? Was any stock damaged?
I'm glad you sold lots, but hope you and your mum are okay. Is D okay too?
You know what? It's TOTALLY ok you have a quiet/lazy day today.... you actually do a lot more than you probably realise!

It was scary @tyme thankfully a lot of people came running to our rescue and helped get the cover off and the framed packed down.
Everyone has to have insurance at the market. A friend of ours who runs another local market said the people who’s marquee fell on to ours should be covering the cost to replace our marquee through their insurance. Mum has contacted the market committee to see what they say, but this has never happened before, so we aren’t sure.
luckly I had packed all my frames away just before it happened. And thankfully it hadn’t been raining cause all of mums clothes that she had made were on the ground. Tables were all upturned. My display shelves were all on the ground. I just packed them away quickly- I need to check them.
none of us were hurt. Mums just very shaken by it.
a quiet day was much needed after yesterday.
hope your day has been ok. You’ll be off soon and not back around until Wednesday yeah? Hope you have a good week

Oh dear... that's so tough. Yes, it sounds like the other person's insurance should cover the cost of yours. But then again, I don't work in the industry, so I don't know the least about insurance. @Bow
Yes, I'm heading off now but will be later on this week.
Have a great evening. Look after yourself.

Oh dear.
It sounds like the other person should be paying for yours, but I can't say because I don't work in the industry so don't know the least about insurance.
I can see why you would all be shaken!
Please look after yourself and I'll see you in a few days time. @Bow Look after yourself.
Glad to have you with us.

Wow @Bow sounds like an eventful end to the day. I hope things turn out ok and you don't have to fork out money for someone's else's mistake.

Oh that warms me to hear @Bow I'm so glad! I hope he continues to perk up 😊
Yeah super nice! My cousin was down from Sydney, so I got to spend a bit of time with them which was super nice! We ordered some cinnamon scrolls and red velvet cupcakes and enjoyed an arvo of tea and pastries 😋
Very different to your mini-hurricane market debacle 😬😅
