I thought I’d watch the carols from Melbourne but I don’t know @rav3n I’ve been offered more prn but I don’t think that’s the answer either.

totally your choice. i guess with meds, it helps the symptoms but not the main source of the problem? have you found anything else helpful?

Ive just turned on the carols @rav3n may as well try and make an effort.

I usually like the carols from the Myer Music Bowl as it’s very well done.

I know it is going to be hard for you.

But I do know that putting yourself first is needed, especially when we aren't going well.
