I don’t know what to do. I’ve had a shower. I did do some Lego earlier. I’m watching tv but I’m really distressed. My chest hurts, my head is pounding,

If an adult doesn't know how to ride a bike, do you say they're useless @Captain24? You're not useless hun, you're just still learning the skills. It's not your fault they weren't taught to you! 

I hate to sound like a broken record hun but have you done some deep breathing? Even just 60 seconds does wonders to soothe our system, might help ease off some of the pain you're feeling.
