That's me! We have a room that's intended to be a formal diningroom (huge house, long story) but it's the library instead. We have so many books they won't all fit into it.
I used to say you can never have too many books, now I'm not so sure...

Oh wow - I'm learning so much about everyone here!
My random facts are;
1) Massive Manly Sea Eagle supporter (awaiting some form of moan, groan or eye roll here) and find it relaxing watching NRL on weekends
2) I really want to travel more... but I can never decide on a place... once I feel like I've made a choice and almost book it..I fear missing out on other places.. then go back into indecisions mode.
3) I love people watching - I have been known to make up back stories about people who are simply sitting in cafes....

Yes I quite enjoy people watching too when I am in the right frame of mind. I know what you mean about imagining the background stories.

Hi Alless,
To continue the list...
Clarke, David Brin, Greg Bear. To complement *lade Runner, perhaps some Phillip K *ick. His novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? was the inspiration. He also wrote the basis for Total Recall, and was self-diagnosed with MI so a lot of his work is about the nature of percieved reality.
Note: All * letters replace letters that make the words "not permitted" by the censor. Its a good thing I don't live in Scunthorpe.
