Morning all friends my psychologist appointment got cancelled again so now not seeing her till 18th this month, really wanted her help with my Moods always being low and to see if she could help me with being able to say no to people who keep me wanting to do things that I don't want to do or go, as I'm always scared to say no that they will go off at me or think I'm evil.

Only got 2hours sleep last night to many things going on my mind and anxiety very high.

My working had a cold today and was raining and appointment got cancelled so she left early, have my OT coming at 2.30pm to help with my memory, but may just talk for a bit about how I'm feeling.

I’m sorry to hear your psychologist appointment was cancelled, and you only slept those couple of hours last night due to feeling lots of anxiety 😔💜

I was wondering if your OT might have some suggestions for support regarding the house inspections, and finding some advocacy for you, with regards to the mention of warnings after the inspections from the inspection agent? 🙂 just an idea, please feel free to disregard if this doesn’t work for you 💜🙂
